£14.50 per hour
Temporary role immediate start
Our client is a leader in student accommodation based in Birmingham city centre.
We are looking for a collections advisor to help support the team in this busy period.
Duties
Outbound calling to Customers regarding outstanding rent owed
Speaking to customers and setting up payment plans
Calling guarantors about outstanding monies
Dealing with each customers with discretion
Explain the payment options
Updating details on the system
If you have experience in collections, good with people and able to deal with difficult situations, available for an immediate start then this is the role for you.
