As a Collections Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with inbound calls from Customers struggling to make monthly finance payments
Displaying empathy towards vulnerable customers
Completing Income & Expenditure forms
Setting up repayment arrangements
Undertaking general administrative duties
Adhering to the company’s rules and regulatory guidelines (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
Meeting the KPIs set by the company

Experience working in Financial Services Collections
Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
Experience working within a regulated background
