Location: Newcastle, NE12 8BU
Salary : Starting at £22,500 increasing to £25,000 with role progression + up to £13,400 performance bonus
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 9am - 5:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm
Holidays: 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 years' service
Verisure Services are currently hiring a Collections Advisor within our Finance department!

Responsibilities:
Calling customers to collect unpaid consumer debt in a call centre environment

Contact customers and discuss unresolved issues on customer accounts

Document all discussions and actions in the collections system or database.

Confirm payment arrangements and finalise calls.

Uploading data and recording information

Following the data collection process, ensuring there are no gaps or loss of data

General back office administration, including customer correspondence.
