My client based in Warrington is looking for ambitious people to join their fast moving Collections team. Working with some of the biggest names in the financial industry and they are looking to recruit Case Managers for our Collections and Customer Support Teams.
As a Case Manager, you will be the first point of contact dealing with incoming calls from customers and ensuring that outstanding debts owed to our clients are collected in a fair and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of case files, ensuring file progression and offering customer support
* Negotiating repayment terms or settlement options
* Responsible for your own portfolio management with focus on fair customer outcomes
* Making challenging decisions; escalating and monitoring cases through the legal process
* Prior experience of working in the debt recovery industry or a contact centre would be beneficial
* An active listener with excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner are essential skills
* Have the ability to set priorities and work under own initiative
* Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Week 1 working Mon- Thurs 08:00 -16:30 Fri- 08:00-16:00
Week 2 working Mon-Thu 09:30- 18:00 Fri 09:00-17:00
- Grading structure, whereby you can increase your salary based on performance and longevity
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working
- The candidate must also not have any CCJ's or have gone through Bankruptcy, IVA or a Debt relief order
