Fully Remote – work from anywhere in the UK
with potential to travel to one of our offices occasionally. We also offer office-based positions, in our Derry BT48, Rainton DH4 or Skipton BD23 offices.

We’re seeking experienced customer service providers, with a contact centre background, who are brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Collections Customer Assistance team. You’ll be trained to provide effective collections support to help customers manage their mortgage payments, dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
No two calls will be the same, you could be speaking to customers at any stage in the collections process.
You’ll assist by understanding their needs and providing a long-term solution, you will be helping them on their road to financial recovery

salary of £25,792 based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available

immediate bonus earning potential of up to £2,204 per annum. Up to £1,101 is paid every 6 months and you’re eligible from your first month with us

Working hours & flexibility
We require you to be fully flexible for our shifts in this telephony-based role . Our regular operating hours are between 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am – 1 pm Saturday. At month end, when we have our highest call volumes, your hours may occasionally be extended to 9 am - 4 pm on Saturday and 10 am – 3 pm on Sunday & Bank Holidays. On occasion you may be expected to work shifts of up to 11 hours, but you’ll never exceed your contracted hours across the rolling month.
