They are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Credit Controller to join the team and contribute to their continued success.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in the company's efforts to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to collect payments and resolve any outstanding issues. Your goal is to minimise losses and maximise recoveries while providing exceptional service to their clients.Your role will be shaped around the below responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop effective collection strategies.Initiate contact with debtors through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options with customers.Investigate and resolve customer disputes or issues that may be delaying payments.Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with debtors to facilitate resolution.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment, working to deadlines and be confident with stakeholder management and overall have strong customer service skills and resilience.
