Collection & Delivery Driver - Rainham, Wimbledon & Heathrow

Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Collection & Delivery Driver to join our clients expanding team. Opportunities in Rainham, Wimbledon & Heathrow – both day and afternoon shift available.

What we need from you:

• Good geographical knowledge of London.

• Previous driving experience in a similar role.

• Full Driving Licence - License category minimum C1 3,500 – 7,500kg.

• No previous disqualifications from driving (DR, CD, DD, IN OR TT99 endorsements will not be accepted).

• Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and flexible outlook.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.

• Capability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards.

• All successful candidates will be required to pass NPPV2 vetting process.

What the role involves:

• Deliver a prompt, professional and efficient vehicle collection and delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Respond to and deal with customer enquiries through provision of accurate and reliable information and advice.

• Ensure vehicles are collected and delivered on time, and presented to a standard acceptable to the customer.

• Complete all paperwork and processes accurately and thoroughly by using DMN’s Transport Planning App.

• Drive customer vehicles in a careful and courteous manner, adhering to the Road Traffic Act.

• Complete all administrative duties including the use of electronic devices and processes accurately, thoroughly and on time.

Salary: From £30,712.00 per year

Hours: 45 hours per week: Monday-Friday; day shift – 6.30am-4pm; afternoon shift – 9am-6.30pm (including breaks).
