Location: Weybridge, WeybridgeFunction: Customer ServicesSalary: £34K - £37K / AnnumReference: 13415ABCJob Type: PermanentCoffee Shop Operations Manager - £34,000 - £37,000 based in Weybridge, SurreyThe package on offer for the role will be: Salary - £30,000 - £33,000 p/aCar Allowance – £4,215.00 p/aBonus scheme – reviewed and implemented annuallyPension contribution – 5% employers’ contributionHoliday 25 days annual leave + bank holidaysBirthday day off – additional days leaveOperations managers work to improve the working environment, business processes, turnover, and profitability of all sites.
