Coffee Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Coffee Engineer - Field Service

Location: London and Home Counties

Salary: �36,000 - �40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on various types of commercial coffee machines, including Espresso machines, bean to cup machines, and traditional machines.

Responding promptly to service calls and diagnosing issues efficiently.

Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their coffee machines are performing optimally.

Maintaining accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Espresso machines, bean to cup machines, and traditional machines.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within London and the Home Counties.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

1 weekend in 4 on-call rotation with additional compensation.
