Cocktail Bar Manager | Bristol | Full Time We are looking to recruit an organised, confident and experienced candidate to manage the on-site day to day operations of a new café and cocktail bar in central Bristol. We are looking for an individual who is passionate for the industry and will provide a high level of service within a busy environment.The candidate must be an experienced mixologist and available to work flexible hours including weekends and primarily evenings.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring high levels of customer service across all divisions of the business.Welcoming customers, dealing with on-site enquiries, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for visitors at all timesManaging a team of staff, organising, and coordinating rotas to ensure all areas are well mannedDaily cashing up, cash handling and operating the till systemTraining new staff in required methods and proceduresTaking and delivering customer orders whilst providing a high level of serviceWorking with management to develop new and exciting cocktail menusOpening and closing of the premisesEnsuring all staff have completed daily checks and areas are set up correctly.Skilled beverage preparation, completing orders in a timely manner and maintaining a high and uniform standard for all beveragesHaving an in-depth knowledge of the full menu and product rangeServing of alcohol and complying with ID checksEnsuring health & safety, hygiene and licensing guidelines are always adhered toMaintaining bar records and checklistsManaging stock rotation, replenishment, and deliveriesComplying with all food and beverage regulationsMaintaining a clean environment and ensuring all equipment is kept to the highest standardCoordinating with General Manager on venue maintenanceQualifications / ExperienceExperience Cocktail Bartender/MixologistManagement or supervisory experiencePassion for cocktails and drinks as well as the bar industryExperience in hospitality and a fast-paced bar environmentBarista trainingFirst aidOther requirements include:Friendly and outgoing personalityFlexibility with working hoursReliable and a team playerExperience in the hospitality environmentUnderstanding of food & hygiene standards
