We understand that parenting can be a challenging journey, and our mission is to provide support for busy parents.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Co-Founder (CTO) role at The Village. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our platform and leading the development team. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing software development projects, implementing technological solutions, and ensuring the smooth running of our platform. This is a hybrid role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problemsRelevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of software engineering experience at a technology organisation Experienced full stack developerStrong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologiesEntrepreneurial and mission driven - you need to care about the user experience and be committed to solving the problems in the childcare and neonatal industryAbility to lead a team and make strategic decisions
