CNC Turner | Sherborne, Dorset | Mon-Thur 7.30am-4.30pm and Fri 7.30am-1.00pm

Our client is a family owned business that has been manufacturing high quality machined parts for over 55 years. The company has experienced double digit growth in the last year and forecast significant growth for the coming 12 months.

Due to continued growth the company is seeking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner (FANUC). The successful candidate will work days in the company’s modern, clean and bright workshop.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience in a similar role
• A good knowledge of working with difficult to machine materials would be an advantage
• A positive approach and flexible attitude
• Be able to work in a team and on own initiative
• Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK

Your role will include, but not be limited to

• The successful applicant will be required to program, set and operate the FANUC controlled, modern turning centres. These comprise of single spindle, twin spindle, B Axis mill/turn and sliding head CNC machines
• Adhere to all health and safety and company policy
