An exciting CNC Turner position has become available in New Malden at a precision engineering company.

Job Title:  CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator

Shift: Day Shift

Rate: Up to £19 p/h depending on experience

The Job:

• As a CNC Programmer Setter Operator your role involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines.


• Your expertise in machine setup, and precision machining will ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards and specifications.


• Required to program, set & operate a Doosan Puma 2600 single turret lathe with C & Y Axis


• Fanuc Controls

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive CNC turning experience (min 5 Years)


• Ability to write and prove programs.


• A good all round knowledge of machining various materials.


• Ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.


• Experience of working with small batch sizes; such as 1-10 offs.


• Able understand engineering drawings.


• Able to work to a high level of precision with tight tolerances and time schedules.
