About the Role: As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you’ll be right in the thick of things in the manufacturing team. Your main job will be to program, set up, and run CNC lathes. You’ve got to know your way around Fanuc control systems to keep things running smoothly. Your attention to detail will make sure you’re hitting those engineering specs and keeping the quality top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting up, and running CNC lathes


• Understanding engineering drawings and job specs


• Picking the right tools and fixtures for the job


• Keeping an eye on how the machines are doing and tweaking as needed


• Checking finished parts to make sure they’re up to standard


• Keeping the machines in good shape with routine maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator


• Solid understanding of Fanuc control systems


• Sliding head experience desirable


• You can read engineering drawings


• You’re all about quality and making sure things are done right


• You’re a team player who can communicate well with others
