Global Recruitment have an opening for an CNC quality Inspector  to join our clients well established company based in Ayr. 

Rate of pay - Negotiable dependant on experience 

Shifts - Monday - Friday (Dayshift) 

Duties / Required experience- 

• Experience of programming and operating an Aberlink CMM with 4.22 software

• Inspection of components using conventional measuring equipment and CMM to ensure they meet customers specification

• 
  

  Providing the final sign-off on finished and inspected parts to designate that they are ready to get sent to the customer

  
  

• Plan and organise internal & external calibration system to make sure that it's up to date

• Carry out 1st / 10th off inspection checks at machines

• Raising and investigation of internal & external non-conformances

• Maintain quality documentation

• Processing and checking the inspection paperwork
