My client requires a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator/CAD CAM Programmer to support in their established Production Department on a permanent basis. Job Profile: Skilled and experienced CNC Lathe and VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator, CAD CAM Programmer. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for training and helping a trainee. Machines currently used are: Colchester Tornado x2 Dugard 100 Y+DD VMC Fanuc 0iMF Control, Nikken 5 axis Fusion 360 design package This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a highly regarded reputation Duties:CNC Lathe and VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator Programming CNC Mills using Offline CAMCAD CAM ProgrammerDeburr and inspect own workMachining to tight tolerances of varying complexitiesAssist in the development of new methods and systems aimed at improving manufacturing effectiveness Skills and Experience:Programme Set and Operate CNC Mills / Machining CentresMust be competent using Fanuc and Siemens controlsExperienced in offline CAM programmingAble to read and interpret engineering drawingsAble to machine to fine tolerancesExperience working with a variety of materials (mainly metals)CAD Design experience essentialMinimum of 5 years' experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, 1/2 hr lunch Annual Leave 28 days including Bank Holidays Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per year depending on experience CAD CAM Programmer / CAD CAM / CNC Programmer / CNC Programmer Setter Operator / FANUC / Siemens / CNC Lathe / Offline CAM / Fusion 360 / CAD Design
