This role is ideal for individuals experienced in CNC programming and design, particularly those with a background in engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC programming for machining insulation panels
- Developing customer-specific design solutions
- Creating manufacturing instructions and bills of materials
- Assisting with production and quality control
Experience/Skills
- Experience operating and setting large 3/5 axis CNC routers (e.g. SCM, Muratori, Technos)
- Proficient using 2D CNC programming software (e.g. ArtCAM, Vetric V-Carve, Maestro)
- Skill in using 2D CAD software (AutoCAD would be beneficial)
- Competent with 3D CAD modelling software and producing basic engineering drawings (use of Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work output.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- HNC in an Engineering Subject (or relevant experience)
