Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to meet quality standards and production goals.
Troubleshoot and debug programs and machinery to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Implement best practices for CNC programming, tooling selection, and machining techniques.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain product integrity.
Document processes, procedures, and modifications for future reference and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC programmer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
