We are looking for an experienced CNC programmer to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.
We manufacture Components from a vast range of materials from soft plastics through to hard steels.

Fanuc Robo Drills x5

Mazak QT 250 MS with bar feed

Requirements
The right candidate for the position will have the following skills.
CAD: Competent using Solidworks
CAM: Competent using SolidCAM 2.5D and advanced 3D (Please also apply if you have experience in AlphaCAM)
Able to set and operate 3 Axis HAAS CNC Milling machine. (Please also apply if you have experience in Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc.)
Able to read technical drawings to a high level
Able to use measuring equipment.
Have machining experience in a variety of materials
Non-essential: if you have experience in the following areas please state when applying for the position.
Machine maintenance
CNC CMM experience
4/ 5 Axis experience
HMC experience
Turning experience Manual or/and CNC
Manual milling experience
5S experience
6 sigma experience
Robotic integration / line builder experience. (Fanuc, ABB, Etc.)
