CNC Programmer

Venatu recruitment are hiring a CNC Programmer on a temp to perm basis for our well established client located in LS29, Leeds. 

This role is a hybrid role and is for a CNC Programmer/Alphacam Cabinet vision position.

Pay rate: £16-£18per hour DOE

Monday to thursday: 7am - 4pm + Friday 7am - 3pm

This is a temp to perm position. 

The ideal candidate: 

• Will have experience as a CNC Programmer
• Be able to reliably commute to and from Ilkley for the afformentioned start time
• Be punctual 
• Be able to work within a team and individually

Role and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a full-time CNC Programmer/ Alphacam Cabinet Vision to join our client based in Ilkley.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years previous experience working in the cabinet making industry and have good software knowledge of Alphacam which is essential to the job role. Experience of Cabinet Vision is preferred but not necessary.
• To be considered for this position you must also be able to demonstrate good understanding of customer relations and be able to ensure correct conversion of a brief right through to production.

Day to day duties:

•  Converting clients briefs from sketches or layouts through Alphacam/Cabinet Vision to create accurate drawings/information for manufacturing.
•  Ordering and procuring materials to ensure best quality and budgets are met.
•  Liaising with clients throughout the process of production to ensure clients are kept up to date with any delays or production issues that may arise.
