CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator is required for a fast-paced machine shop manufacturing components from plastics and steel for industries such as automotive, aerospace and energy sectors.
We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (VMC) for our family run client who have been manufacturing for over 60 years.
The right candidate for the position will have the following skills:

• CAD: Competent using Solidworks.
• CAM: Competent using SolidCAM 2.5D and advanced 3D (Please also apply if you have experience in AlphaCAM).
• Able to set and operate 3 Axis HAAS CNC Milling machine. (Please also apply if you have experience in Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc.)
• Able to read technical drawings to a high level.
• Able to use measuring equipment.
• Have machining experience in a variety of materials.

CNC machines on site are predominantly HASS and Mazak.
Additional Experience that should be mentioned when applying:

• Machine maintenance
• CNC CMM experience
• 4/ 5 Axis experience
• HMC experience
• Turning experience Manual or/and CNC�
• Manual milling experience
• 5S experience
• 6 sigma experience
• Robotic integration / line builder experience. (Fanuc, ABB, Etc.)

We are looking for a talented individual to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
40 Hours per week.
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12:3pm
Salary: �17 p/h
