CNC PROGRAMMER - MILLING MACHINIST

SALARY

• �14.00 �18.00 PER HOUR - (Dependant on experience, Setting - Operating OR Programmer).
• DAYS ROLE - Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
• Overtime regularly available.

JOB SUMMARY

Alecto are recruiting for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller with or without programming experience. The client has a CNC Milling Setting / Operating role or a fully experienced CNC Programming role available. Working for a well-established Precision Engineering company working with a variety of sectors in the industry including Aerospace, Medical and Motorsport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting, Operating and Programming of HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Using multi axis machines - 3 / 4 / 5 axis.
• Performing CMM inspections and production of inspection reports when required.
• Working with a wide variety of materials all to tight tolerances.
• Be self-sufficient whilst working unsupervised and proactive when needed to work as a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Engineering apprenticeship desirable NVQ or BTEC level.
• Experienced knowledge of FANUC controls.
• Great communication skills and the ability to integrate into a machining team.
• The ability to Set / Operate and / or Program CNC Milling machines.
