The Company:
The goal of this newly created Process Technician role is to support the maintenance, setup, and operation of the 3 Axis CNC Machines.�If you are an experienced and confident Process Techician�who is used to�working with CNC machines, it's a lovely job for you.� Flexi hours available Monday to Friday only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, resolve process and machine�issues and maintain a variety of 3 Axis CNC Machines
• Collate and analyse process data to identify trends.
• Focus on cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Quality control, create SOPs, training new and existing staff on processes.

�Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in machine programming - 3 Axis CNC preferably
  
• Ideally a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Higher education qualification in a relevant technical discipline

Working Hours:
Flexitime offered - as long as you work a 40 hour week, you can work any hours to suit you, Monday to Friday between 6am and 7pm
