Cnc Operator

Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Joinery Workshop
Hours: Full-time, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 2 x half-hour breaks)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our joinery workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for running our Windor 20L CNC Machine, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Machinery Operation: Set up and operate the Windor 20L CNC Machine.

* Quality Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining quality through efficient housekeeping, health and safety practices, and visual inspection.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and team to meet production goals.

* Adaptability: Apply initiative and be flexible to adapt to various tasks and requirements.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role within the timber industry.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work overtime as required.
