You'll be instrumental in crafting high-performance composite parts using a 3-axis machine equipped with Heidenhain controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines to produce intricate composite parts to exact specifications.


• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to program machining sequences.


• Conduct routine maintenance and tool changes to ensure optimal machine performance.


• Adhere to strict quality standards, conducting regular inspections to guarantee precision and accuracy.


• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, preferably within the motorsport or aerospace industry.


• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines, particularly with Heidenhain controls.


• Strong understanding of composite materials and machining techniques.


• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Flexibility to work split shifts and night shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing production schedules.
