Job role: CNC Miller
Salary: £31,000-£41,000 (£17-£20 per hour)
Location: Kensworth, Bedfordshire
Hours: 7:45-16:15 Monday to Thursday, 15:15 finish Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Holidays: 28 days including Bank Holidays
Overtime: Time 1/2
The Company:
Interaction have partnered with Precision Engineering Firm specialising in Aerospace, Motorsport and Medical Precision Engineering as they search for a skilled CNC Miller to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be seeking a career and growth position within their forever growing business. They will need to be a strong team player.
The Role:
· You will program, set and operate 3 and 4 axis Haas Milling machinery
· You will be using OneCNC and HyperMill for offline programming
· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
· You will be able to read technical drawings
· You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team
The Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Miller (essential)
· Programming experience - CAD/CAM (essential)
· OneCNC and/or HyperMill experience (advantageous)
· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)
· CMM experience (advantageous)
· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
· Self-motivated
The Benefits:
· £34,000-£41,000 salary dependent on experience
· Overtime time 1/2
· 28 days including bank holidays
· Pension
