Working with a well-established engineering company who are now on the lookout for an experienced CNC Miller to join their ever-growing team based just of the M32.

Responsibilities:


  • Setting and Operating CNC Lathe Machines using Fanuc controls.
  • Producing high complexity components from a range of materials
  • Involvement and attendance at SQDCP meetings in assigned area/s
  • Recording and assisting the Manufacturing Group Leader in improving the 5S organisation of the assigned Team areas and personal responsibility of machines being operated
  • Responsible for attending and participating in progress meetings as required
  • Responsible for ensuring correct materials, Route Cards, drawing are used to produce components
  • Setting up tools, offsets etc ready for your own operation to commence and assist Operators where appropriate

Requirements:


  • Experience in CNC Milling
  • Experience in FANUC controls
  • Experience with 5 axis but 3 or 4 axis is still fine
  • Aerospace background would be ideal but any similar engineering industry would be considered

On Offer:


  • £14ph - £18ph (DOE)
  • 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
  • Overtime (when available) paid at time and half.
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension Scheme
