Job Description:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce Medical devices
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter, Operator in a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Experience:
Essential:
•
Strong Knowledge and ability of programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines.
•
Knowledge and experience of programming with Licom Alpha cam or equivalent software package.
•
Knowledge of Solid works or equivalent CAD software.
•
Good communication skills with management and team members.
•
Knowledge and experience of improving machining processes and dealing with tool suppliers.
•
Final or in-line inspection experience.
•
Knowledge and experience of 3 to 5 Axis CNC Milling machines.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to use a wide variety of measuring and inspection equipment.
Desirable:
•
Knowledge and experience of Fanuc control machines.
•
Knowledge of program data base management software such as Cimco or equivalent.
•
Knowledge and experience of Fadal CNC Milling Machines.
•
Knowledge and experience of Dugard X5 320 5 axis milling machine.
• Experienced in work holding methods.
