CNC Miller (Late Shift)

Job role: Miller CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator - MILLING (Late Shift)
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 DoE (+ shift allowance)
Location: Atherstone , Warwickshire.
Hours: 39 hour per week (4 day week) Mon-Wed 4.00pm - 2am Thurs - 3.00pm - Midnight
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays
Overtime: Time 1/2

The Company:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a precision engineering firm specialising in the Automotive, Mining, Oil + Gas, Medical, industries based in Atherstone on their search for an experienced CNC Miller Prgrammer/Setter/operator to join their growing Milling section,
The Benefits:
· £33,000-£38,000 salary dependent on experience (+ Shift allowance)

The Role:
· You will program, set and operate 3 and 4 axis bed milling machines.
· You will produce Large, and small components to tight tolerances on the machines
· You will be producing components for the Automotive, Mining, Oil + Gas.
· You will be using HAAS, Bridgeport, Hartford, CME machines all Heindenhain controlled.
· Programming Heindenhain online the machines and editing programs
The Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience as CNC Miller Setter Programmer (essential)
· Previous experience working on 3/4 Axis bed milling machinery (essential)
· Experience in working with universal milling heads.
· Previous experience producing Larger components for the Mining industry
· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)
· use of inspection tools (calipers, Micrometers, Height gauges) inspecting your own work.
· Self-motivated
