You will be offered the opportunity to work within a fully equipped workplace which continues to invest in the latest CNC technology.The job:First off and batch inspectionProduce CMM programs (ideally using Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software) to be used for in process and final inspectionFinal inspectionCompile FAIR, PPAP and batch inspection dimensional measurement dataCalibration of measurement equipmentSupport Engineers and Operators with quality issuesIsolate and detail non-conforming partsAbout you:Ideally, 3 to 5 years experience programming (ideally with MCOSMOS (including CAT1000)Experience within a CNC machining environmentA good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and standardsThe ability to communicate and work well with othersHours of work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30 Fri 7.30 to 12.30pm plus excellent benefits including attendance bonus and profit related bonus and 32 days a year holidays.Next steps:To apply in confidence, please email CV to Sue Holden at The Recruitment Fix LtdJBRP1_UKTJ
