This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People/HR Administrator, who has a keen interest in people and recruitment, to join our regional People team.Your opportunityWe are looking to appoint a highly skilled and flexible part time People Administrator to work across Springfield Primary School (Sunbury), Hammond Junior School (Lightwater) and Lightwater Village School (Lightwater). There will be a need to spread your hours across these schools as needed.Led by the Regional People Partner, the People/HR Administrator will work in collaboration with the school based teams and as part of the regional team to deliver an expert service to our schools.The responsibilities include:People administration duties across a range of People activities including data management and reporting, compliance, and general people administration Recruitment and on-boarding administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, particularly regarding safer recruitingThe maintenance of the Single Central Record, personnel files, and training records for your assigned schoolsActing as a first point of contact for people related queries, ensuring high levels of confidentiality.The successful candidate will ideally work 24 hours a week over 5 days (we would consider 4 days - please indicate on your personal statement your preference).
