Clubhouse Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

This is a full-time, year round, permanent role within our senior team.

The Clubhouse Supervisor (Food & Beverage) is responsible for providing an efficient food and beverage service to the members, while assisting in supervising the servers. Working together as a team and with management to achieve an excellent dining experience through outstanding customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instill pride and provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
• Purchasing and receiving of product, inventory.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Food and wine knowledge is considered an asset
• Two years of food and beverage within a restaurant (not fast food) required.

SMART SERVE IS A REQUIREMENT.

SCHEDULE

• In season (May - November): 5 days a week, rotating shifts
• Off season (November - April): 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
