They’re looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer who will be responsible for engaging external customers and undertaking the implementation, migration, and provision of consultancy services to Cloud Infrastructures following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with external customers to understand and shape requirements to achieved desired business outcomes
Collaborates with the Sales and commercial teams to contribute to commercial proposals on solution designs.
Follows structured cloud adoption methodologies undertaking planning, design and documentation, migration, transition, and ongoing optimisation of non-complex services.
Embrace the adoption of Microsoft Framework related to Modern Workplace to drive efficiency, governance, and standardisation of repeatable solutions.
Can act as a Technical lead and mentor colleagues to share knowledge
Technical Requirements:
SME knowledge level and practical skills related to Microsoft 365 + Cloud including some of the following:
Endpoint Manager/Intune product suite
Azure AD / Entra and Microsoft Defender
Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive
Azure IaaS, AVD
Identity and Access Management (MFA, SSO, Conditional Access etc)
Knowledge and experience with PowerShell and ability to write PowerShell scripts.
Windows deployment tooling experience
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and related technology/solution concepts
Experienced in implementing Cloud solutions using structured methodologies
