Cloud Integration Developer

Location: London / Hybrid

Company Overview: Cloud Integration Developer with experience in Power Platforms development is required for a prominent specialist insurer in the City of London. This would be a brand new team engaged in transitioning and transforming the technology landscape of the organisation.

Role Overview: A to contribute to the evolution of the insurers evolving technological landscape. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our cloud integration framework, leveraging Azure services and platforms as they move towards more cloud based services as well as modern development in power platforms and C#.net

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Azure Integration services, ensuring seamless connectivity across applications.
  • Act as an expert in cloud integration, representing our Azure Integration Services across the organization.
  • Analyse technical and business requirements, designing enterprise solutions integrating various applications and systems.
  • Provide second and third-line support, resolving incidents, and fulfilling requests in line with defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers to troubleshoot integration issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base of solutions and procedures.

Essential Experience:

  • Proficiency in C# or Power Apps
  • Extensive commercial experience in Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git repos, and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with modern identity management practices for connectivity and authentication.
  • Knowledge of software development principles and application monitoring concepts.
  • Experience in triaging and resolving integration issues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, ETL processes, and data manipulation.
  • Experience within the Financial Services sector or Specialist insurance.
  • Understanding of ITIL-based service management concepts (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
