They provide specialist reporting to highly professional consultants globally. This AWS Cloud Engineer opportunity would be based from either their Central London or Leicester office.We are currently searching for an AWS Cloud Engineer to take on this brand new opening in the UK. You would be part of a wider AWS Cloud Engineering Team working collaboratively with colleagues in the UK and APAC regions.This AWS Cloud Engineer opening involves two main aspects: developing infrastructure as code and automating deployment processes, including migrating server-based applications to AWS, while also providing support for network issues, analysing complex designs, and optimising system performance. This includes collaborating with teams, maintaining documentation, enforcing updates, ensuring security implementations and diagnosing problems with cloud-hosted applications and IaaS..This opening would be ideal for a seasoned SME or AWS Cloud Engineer / DevOps specialist, this role requires expertise in managing public cloud IaaS platforms and their services.WFH/Office: Flexible depending on base location.Key experience required for this AWS Cloud Engineer opening:• Proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining production IaaS / PaaS environments• Extensive expertise in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, Direct Connect, and IAM• Competence in source control, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure automation using CloudFormation / CDK / Terraform• Skilled in orchestrating Docker containers and implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud services (Bash, Python or Node.js)• Advanced knowledge in hybrid infrastructure design, implementation, and change management, including stakeholder engagement and approval processesDue to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
