VIQU are searching for a Cloud Consultant (Azure) to join a vibrant team of tech and business experts committed to democratising digital transformation for businesses of all scales. As the Cloud Consultant (Azure), you will be responsible for reviewing Statements of Work to ensure adherence to high standards before initiating projects. You will play a key role in implementing and delivering projects for enterprise customers in both private and public sectors, collaborating closely with Microsoft as a vendor and following their best practices and Standard Guidelines. The position involves working collaboratively with the broader Cloud Services team and customer technical teams, emphasizing the production of high-quality documentation. The individual provides strong technical leadership throughout projects and oversees post-installation handovers and signoffs, ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery.

The Cloud Consultant (Azure) will function in the capacity of an Azure Engineer for 20% of the role and will dedicate 80% of the role to the proficient delivery of cloud solutions for their valued customers.

Requirements of the Cloud Consultant (Azure):

-          Extensive experience with Azure as a subject matter expert

-          Client facing exposure working in a consultancy position or MSP environment.

-          Strong understanding of Azure landing zones, Azure networking and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

-          Experience Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/ CD Pipelines and Kubernetes.

-          Excellent communicator to a mixture of clients.

Responsibilities of the Cloud Consultant (Azure):

-          Execute projects for key enterprise clients

-          Provide high-quality technical leadership

-          Engage with Cloud Services and client technical teams

-          Assess Statements of Work for optimal standards

-          Collaborate with Microsoft and adhere to best industry practices

-          Produce high-quality documentation

-          Conduct post-installation handovers and signoffs
