An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Team Leader - Cardiac & Neuro Ward to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis is private hospitals which offers treatment for both adults and children, and are dedicated to providing world-class care to patients**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**As the Clinical Team Leader your key responsibilities include:Using your knowledge and experience to a role model and to drive up the standards of clinical careProvides leadership and be highly visible and accessible to patients and staffSupport with identifying deficits and implement programmes to address the issues with the delivery of patient careSupport quality improvement initiatives to drive up high quality clinical careEnsure Health and Safety measures are adhered toCommunicate effective information to patients/relatives/carers/ and all members of the multidisciplinary team in line with information sharing guidelinesDeputise for the Deputy Matron as required and developing scope for future career OpportunitiesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Evidence of clinical experience in the relevant area and ability to function at level required of the postExperience of being involved in the implementation of changeEvidence of professional leadership, leading to innovation in practiceEvidence of continuous professional developmentExcellent communication skills, written and verbal presentation skills & report writingNegotiating and influencing skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to consider the wider pictureComputer literate with good knowledge of MS word, outlook, ExcelThe successful Clinical Team Leader will receive an excellent salary of £39,330 - £46,270 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
