A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Norwich. The hospital has state of the art facilities and this is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their friendly and experienced Pharmacy team. This would suit either someone from a hospital background or a community background wanting to learn and move into a hospital setting.
Plan, deliver and evaluate the pharmaceutical care to meet the patients health and well-being needs
Modify and structure data, computer records and stock management documents.
At least 1 years UK experience in a hospital or community setting
