Job Title: Clinical Service Manager



Location:�Poole



Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)



Salary: Up to �75,000 per annum



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Service Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will oversee the clinical operations of the�care service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while fostering a supportive and efficient working environment for our staff.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional care in line with regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, promoting continuous professional development and a culture of learning and improvement.

  • Collaborate with the residential deputy manager and clinical lead to effectively manage the overall operation of the service.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff.

  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff, residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.



Requirements:




  • Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.

  • Management qualification�

  • Previous registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a registered manager.

  • Proven experience in managing a large care service, including clinical staff.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Commitment to promoting a person-centered approach to care.
