Essential Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in science/life sciences
Minimum 3 years of CRA experience (Phase I experience preferred)
Proficiency in eTMF software (e.g., Viedoc)
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct site monitoring visits
Oversee projects from initiation to closeout
Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets
Manage and maintain eTMFs
Develop training materials and provide training to colleagues
