Clinical Quallity & Compliance Manager

Due to the growth within the group we are currently seeking to recruit a Regional Quality & Compliance Manager with a passion for providing residents with an exceptional, kind, individualised experience of care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

About you
As a Quality & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for providing Morar Living with a clear view of its compliance with fundamental standards of care, the actions required to bridge any gaps and the risks associated with non-compliance. To identify new or amended compliance standards and ensure that Morar Living is aware of and prepared for the implications of any change .
You will be responsible for developing and reviewing Care & Support Plans and carrying out Risk Assessments, policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with the CQC
