Job DescriptionCompany DescriptionSurgery in Harlow Essex Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role as a Clinical Pharmacist located in Harlow(Essex). As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, assessing medication histories and making recommendations for optimal drug therapy, monitoring patients' medication regimens, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
