Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients within the hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services within the hospital.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy role within a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
