Village Vet Winchmore Hill have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the S enior Leadership team and help the practice step into 2024
Applicants should have at least
2- 3 years practice experience post registration and minimum one-year previous line manager experience. Clinical Coach experience would be an advantage.

Your role and responsibilities

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be an advocate for veterinary nursing. Leading from the front, creating a culture of continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and development. You will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the practice while providing outstanding patient and client care.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will support provision of, strategic, professional, and operational leadership for the nursing team and provide
a nursing voice at senior leadership level
