Clinical Nurse Manager

LNWH provides Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (ISRH) Services across the boroughs of Ealing, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated band 7 nurse to join our Hillingdon service. The successful applicant will join an experienced multidisciplinary team and contribute to the provision of sexual and reproductive healthcare within the community of Hillingdon. The successful applicant will work with the MDT towards the development of staff, having the opportunity to influence the future for nurses working within sexual and reproductive healthcare services. We are looking for individuals who have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering contraception and sexual healthcare.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will provide day-to-day operational management of the ISRH clinics within the community of Hillingdon, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient care. The post holder will work collaboratively within the senior nursing team and will be responsible for the line management of the junior nursing staff within the Hillingdon service.
