My client is a leading law firm recognised across many industry sectors, and is home to many leaders of their fields. They operate from a number of offices across the UK and are currently looking for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor to work in their Birmingham office.
The firm has a highly regarded defendant clinical negligence team and so experience in this area is essential, ideally from a NHS Resolution firm, although experience working with MDU or MPS will be considered
You will need to be an experienced solicitor with several years' post qualification experience in clinical negligence to be considered. Ideally you will have also supervised more junior clinical negligence solicitors too
