Clinical Negligence Senior Associate

This remarkable law firm are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join their Clinical Negligence practice based in London.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in handling complex clinical negligence cases, including a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
Substantial experience in managing a variety of clinical negligence cases. This is from initial client consultation to resolution, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effectively advising clients, collaborating with colleagues, and representing the firm in various settings.
Responsibilities include:
Providing counsel on complex and high-value claimant clinical negligence claims (approximately 80% of workload) and personal injury claims (20%)
Conducting case work on liability, causation, and quantum matters while adhering to procedural and funding guidelines
You will be collaborating closely with Partners in advising their esteemed clientele, supervising junior staff and delegating tasks accordingly
Attending client meetings and conferences with counsel
Conducting legal research using various resources and managing case documentation
Identifying and nurturing potential referral sources
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct and maintaining high standards of legal work, administration, and financial performance.
