A highly reputable and full-service law firm has an opening for a claimant Clinical Negligence Legal Executive to join their respected team in Leeds City Centre.

The Clinical Negligence Department is looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years' experience in Clinical Negligence and a qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive.
With support from an expert Partner and other experienced Solicitors, you will manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence files from taking new instructions through to trail or settlement.
The team prides themselves on their excellent client care and therefore you will be expected to build and maintain quality relationships with clients and colleagues to align with the firm's service ethos.
You will have:
A solid experience running your own varied caseload of and/or supporting others with high-value clinical negligence matters.
Working knowledge of the CPR, issuing claims, litigating cases and CFA cases.
You will be driven and steer the way for your own career progression.
You will be a confident communicator and be able to work with minimal supervision.
