Highly Qualified Specialist Personal Injury Solicitors We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join our expanding legal team. This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to visit clients in the South Coast or East Anglia area (one or the other), therefore being based in one of these areas would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have proven experience in running medical negligence cases. At Harris Fowler we put the client first therefore compassion and empathy are key talents of our Clinical Negligence Lawyers.Job Description:Managing a case of load of approximately 50 Clinical Negligence filesComply with time recording and financial targetsDevelop relationships with new clients, medical experts, counselRunning cases from commencement to settlement, making full use of our case management systemPotential to pursue claims in litigation to trialAssisting with the vetting process of new claims.Communicating via email and calls with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitorsReporting to team supervisorWorking within a team environment to provide relevant input to casesPerson SpecificationProven experience in handling Clinical Negligence casesExcellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureHighly efficient, with high levels of attention to detailCompassion and empathyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInitiative and dexterity of thought: cases are rarely straightforwardAn ability to thrive under pressureNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
