* Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties.
* Support senior solicitors with their caseloads.
* Handle your own cases (dependant on experience).
* Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records.
* Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel.
* Take witness statements and attend case conferences.
* Comply with internal procedures and best practices.Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
* Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
* Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases desirable but not essential.
